Can there be more than one administrator for my company?
We offer the ability to add multiple admins to a company account. Super admins can be invited/promoted from the Employee Groups page. The Super Admin button appears at the top right where you can invite a new user or promote an existing account within your company dashboard. Super Admin invites will not consume a credit during the invite and creation process, but the Super Admins will still have access to a questionnaire if needed. A Super Admin accessing the questionnaire form will consume a credit. There is no limit on how many super admins can have access to a company profile.
There is also the ability to add admins to specific groups. This will also live on the Employee Group page. However, rather than adding them through the Super Admin section, you will navigate into the specific employee group on the group page to and follow the step above through the Group Admin addition section. This will allow just the group admin(s) to see employees through that specific group, and not through the company account as a whole. Group Admins numbers are not limited, as well.
Super Admins can view all employees through all groups, whereas Group Admins can only see employees within their respective group their assigned to.
